Catia termination issue

Catia termination issue

Hi folks,
i have a new question here.i have some users complaining about the CATIA termination issue recently.there is no issue with the configuration part as the RAM is 32gb and the configuration of the machines are very good.I am attaching the abend_log file from the user's machine. Please let me know your observations.

P.S: i have replaced the CAT settings and still the issue persists.i have combined both the abend file and the error log in the same text file.
