Can I use the deformable feature to specify a nut location on a bolt?

Can I use the deformable feature to specify a nut location on a bolt?

(OP)
I have a large assembly. Now I need to add bolts and nuts. In this case I have a cad sub-assembly of just the bolt and nut. I didn't know if there was a way for me to bring in this bolt and nut assembly into my existing assembly and then be prompted as to where the nut should be located. I could specify a distance like the deformable feature, but ideally when assembling I would click on the hole axis, and then click on the mating face of the bolt and hole top and then click on the mating nut face of the nut and then the hole bottom. Any ideas?

RE: Can I use the deformable feature to specify a nut location on a bolt?

Have you looked into using override position. Bring you in your sub assembly, right click on your parts in that subassembly use override position and constrain them to the correct location.
