NX8: wave linker in assemblies

NX8: wave linker in assemblies

NX8: wave linker in assemblies

(OP)
Hi all,

should NX8 handle mirrored (with wave linker) components position in the assembly?
We used to make right/left side assemblies with temporary file, where you place RH assembly, then make new component and mirror all the components with wave linker to that component. So its easy to use RH/LH assemblies independently.
Later on, if you change (add/or delete) assembly constraints (or edit existing) to the original file, the position changes are not transferred to mirrored assembly. You need manually to relink component, just for position update. After that, the position updates correctly. But after restarting NX - the problem occurs again. Is it as designed in NX?
