RE: How to change the default name of the generated file

Hi mateu5,

It's a little hard to tell exactly what you want and what window you have in the image as I can only read English. However some ideas that come to mind are to browse through the customer default settings:

File->Utilities->Customer Defaults

You might be able to find the right setting in there for a default file output.

If that doesn't work maybe there is a settings file within the Siemens Program Files Folder.

Sorry to not be of much help.

RE: How to change the default name of the generated file

In the post, it is common for users to use tcl to rename or move the output file when the post finishes.

Another option is to use library output mode, where the post and shop docs output files will be organized by program name. You can try this by selecting the cam_library configuration, or adding this to your current configuration:

LIBRARY_CAM_OUTPUT,${UGII_CAM_LIBRARY_TEMPLATE_DIR}cam_output.def,${UGII_CAM_LIBRARY_TEMPLATE_DIR}cam_output.tcl
