I am about to purchase ASTM A53 MS Pipe. The manufacturers of different parts of the world asking me various question, which confusing me.

In smaller sizes the wall thickness is the same between e.g.40 / 40S, but schedule 10 and 5 are not normally made for carbon steel pipe, but are for stainless.
Stainless steel pipes sizes by schedule and other "standard" wall thicknesses are listed in ASME B 36.19, carbon steel pipes in ASM B 36.10M
So the wall thickness might vary depending on the size.
