can't find "Orient view to model"

can't find "Orient view to model"

can't find "Orient view to model"

(OP)
after switch to NX9 I can't find "orient view to model". Does anyone knows where is it?
Also, when trying to redefine the sketch the model does not back up cluttering the sketch with features created later. Do I need to make the sketch current feature every time I want to edit it?

Thanks!

RE: can't find "Orient view to model"

I am not on NX9 so I can't tell you where it is,
but I can tell you if you enter into your Command Finder
"orient view to model" you will be able to see where it is.
The Command Finder is under your Help

RE: can't find "Orient view to model"

Is it under the preference in sketch? Look under session settings tab. Change view orientation

RE: can't find "Orient view to model"

When you are in edit sketch mode,
Under home tab- sketch group- if you pick right bottom corner for full list of command under group.
You will find orient to Model check it to appear under sketch group.
Check attached image.

Thanks!

No, this is a setting in the customer defaults what action you want to be "double click",
File- Utilities - Customer defaults- site/user- Modeling- General - Miscellaneous (tab)- Double click action for sketches "Edit" OR "Edit with rollback".

Tomas
