RE: 2D dependent mesh

Hello,

Some tips on using 2D dependent mesh in NX.

1. Make sure both polygon faces have the same number of edges.
2. Make sure the edge's end point is having the same pattern for both polygon faces. For example, the end point of the hole, between both polygon faces are not same pattern, and you will definitely get bad quality mesh dependent mesh if the end point is not in the right location.

To modify the location of the end point of the hole, use the command "Merge Edge" and "Split Edge" together. "Merge Edge" to delete the original end point, then "Split Edge" to put the new end point.

Kind regards,
Tuw
