Agitators

(OP)
For an Effluent treatment Plant, for Day tanks Ferric Chloride solution, Contractor is proposing to use FRP tanks ( 2.5 metres dia x 2.5 m high) with Agitators. Agitator shaft and Impeller material proposed is Carbon steel + FRP coating... My concern is the following.

Whether the stability and life of the FRP tanks when mounted with agitators will last long? What are the precautions to be asked to comply with for such arrangements?

Whether FRP coating to the shaft and Impeller blades last long?

Thanks in advance for the response
