How to output punch file using NX and NX Nastran?

How to output punch file using NX and NX Nastran?

How to output punch file using NX and NX Nastran?

(OP)
Hello All,

I have difficulty in outputting punch file (.pch file) from NX Nastran. I have tried to edit the output request as below:

DISPLACEMENT(PUNCH,REAL) = ALL
SPCFORCES(PUNCH,REAL) = ALL
STRESS(PUNCH,REAL,VONMISES,CENTER) = ALL

, Below is the view of the solving directory after solving. I have the .f04, .f06, .log, etc...but no punch file.

I have tried with the latest version of NX8.5 until NX10, all not successful to output punch file. So I think maybe my output request is wrong? Anyone please advice.

Kind regards,
Tuw

Hi,

Just to update. I manage to output punch file, using the above output request.
The reason I cant previously is because the simulation model have singularity problem. Thanks for your time.

Kind regards,
Tuw
