For designing a anchor using rebar as the anchor, I see that PCI now allows Phi*Area*fu, For grade 60 rebar i find fu to be 90ksi. anyone have anything to add?

Yes, I was strictly asking for the steel strength. Concrete I have covered.

Just remember that Fu for normal rebar is not well defined, I'd get the actual tensile breaking strength for the rebar from the material supplier to verify your assumed tensile strength.
