JT assembly

JT assembly

(OP)
Hi All,

I know it is possible to automatically save a JT file when saving aan .prt file containing a part. As far as my knowledge goes it is not possible to automatically save a .jt file from an assembly?

A JT file from a assembly is pretty useful since the guys in the shop can see how a machine is constructed :)

This JT file from the assembly can be aan single file version.

Does anybody know if I missed a setting which makes it possible to do the thing above ?

I don't mind if you guys can give me a viewer to view .prt files :)

RE: JT assembly

When you use file export JT, you can select from "File Contents" To export as a single file, or as an assembly and folder of the components...
