Turtle Meter TS1 Protocol Equipment and Repair

(OP)
I'm looking for information on the legacy Hunt Technologies Turtle meter automatic meter reading (AMR) system, purchased by Landis + Gyr. Primarily the one-way TS1 protocol used by many rural electric coops. I'm wondering if anyone has any information on where I can find parts, service manuals, used equipment, that sort of thing. The substation receivers are the thing I am most interested in, as the transmitters (installed in the meter) seem to be inexpensive and plentiful. Anything needed to support a legacy system with little manufacturer support would be helpful.

Thanks in advance for any information.

RE: Turtle Meter TS1 Protocol Equipment and Repair

I'd be tempted to contact RUS (Rural Utility Services) since they fund many of the programs for rural electric coops. They could probably tell you which coops used the Turtle meters.

Thanks for the information. I tried them, no response :) I'll keep trying and post any headway I make.
