Good morning to all of you. Please can you suggest me an interaction to simulate the movement in the video?
I am trying to do the same and I am using Tie but it doesn't cause the same effect as the intervertebral disc deforms a lot in some places but not in others (see the attached image for an extension moment where the superior vertebra has been removed in the photo)

Check your regions (Master & Slave) that are used in the Tie and also check the value of the position tolerance.
