Does anyone have recommendations on a software program tailored towards designing web penetrations and reinforcement in steel beams.
I had a program called Web-Open years ago. Seems that software has since been made obsolete.

RAMS beam will do this nicely. It can be spreadsheeted without too much trouble, at least for non-composite beams.

I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.
