Swing Check Valve transient modelling

Swing Check Valve transient modelling

(OP)
Dear all for rough modelling purposes I'm looking the following info regarding a 12" class 300 swing check valve:

-Cv value or Cv % vs time chart.
I can only find from datasheets a single Cv value but the software needs a chart Cv vs Time something like that:

Time(sec) Cv
0 100% or 6200
1 80% or 4960
2 0% or 0

-Forward velocity to close valve
Normally set to zero but there are valves designed to start closing at some negative velocity. No manufacturer give such info at least in the datasheets. Is it better to set this velocity to zero ?

-Delta Pressure to Re-Open
Same as the above. Where can I find info ?

The thing is that I cannot address to a manufacturer because the project is at a conceptual design stage.

Thank you in advance,
