Any Tutorials on How to Use Ansys for 3D models?

(OP)
Hi,

I am a basic user of ANSYS knowing how to simulate the stresses on 2D models, or 3D models after I translate them to 2D models. However, I have a new model which cannot be translated to a 2D simple model as it has complex geometry. The 3D model consists of several parts which is in the form of a CAD file. Is there a tutorial, which I can follow to perform a static stress analysis simulation of this complex 3D model?

Any tips and help will be greatly appreciated.
