I have imported IGES file and created A B & C surfaces and made a solid part,

now i want to create parting line how can i do that?

Can you explain a bit more in detail? Maybe a picture of the desired result? What do you mean with parting line?
Also please state which version of NX you are using....

If it is a simple part, then orient the model normal to the pulling direction and use precise outline option in extract curve.

I will use Mold Part Validation wizard and extract the parting lines.. Its easier..

If you don't have a mold wizard license, orient the part in the top view of how you want to separate it, shade it then the use extract curve, Silhouette Curve and/or precise outline curve
