Drafting font issue

Drafting font issue

Drafting font issue

(OP)
For no rhyme or reason (that I can see) sometimes our drafting font (Arial) characters are 1/2 size of the regular text. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Here's a pic of two different files, both using Arial font. Look at the diameter and depth symbol for the differences.

RE: Drafting font issue

For the symbol font file, you will want to use the "NX ANSI symbols". The option to change the symbol font file is in Menu -> Preferences -> Drafting... -> Common -> Lettering -> Symbol -> Symbol Font File = NX Ansi Symbols. After changing the option, you may need to restart NX for it to take effect (if changing the customer defaults).

Thanks Cowski that fixed it! It's been driving me crazy trying to figure out what was going on.
