RE: NX10 Sheet body could not be sewed to solid body

Use examine geometry to find the gaps/openings in the sheet body.
You could also try to use the optimization command for smaller errors.
For larger openings patch opening is best.

RE: NX10 Sheet body could not be sewed to solid body

As kcsnoname said, theres lots of small gaps and improperly trimmed surfaces.

You can see it when you use the examine geometry command.

Through my sewing tolerance is generally set to 0.01mm, if I increase it to 0.08mm it will make a solid.
Depending on what you are doing with it, it might be good enough?
