could anyone help me on this problem?
the Minimum Clearance of the energized phases and a trolly in a substation?
In other words, the Minimum clearance of the road to the energized bus in a substation? Which standards or guide tell us about this issue?
As per IEEE 1427 ,we can find the phase to phase or phase to the earth clearance ;and in NESC ,we can find the normal clearance to the energized parts ?
But for a movable trolly which may be 3.55m high,what's the clearace to the above energized line in a 115kV substation?

The user is state grid in southeast asia.
I found that someone noted the clearance between the energized line to the car body was 1650mm. But how is this value 1650mm derived? which standards?

As per AS 2067 table 5.1 ,we can found the value 6.7m for 115kV ,but is it the same value for that in the substation or the general area? And what's the value in the IEC standards?
