use of expander between Nozzle and ERV

use of expander between Nozzle and ERV

(OP)
Can anyone please suggest me is it ok to use Expander between Tank Nozzle and Emergency relied Vent or is there any critical point to consider.

the tank is an existing one having 20" nozzle & ERV and as per the new flow rate and calculation the new size of ERV is 24".

RE: use of expander between Nozzle and ERV

Check pressure losses in the new arrangement don't mean that the tank is over pressurised at full flow
