Body temperature of concrete block

Body temperature of concrete block

(OP)
Hi guys,

Is there a way I could calculate or estimate a surface temperature of a concrete block exposed to an ambient temperature of 55C?

RE: Body temperature of concrete block

I estimate that the temperature of the concrete block to be around 55 dC if it has exposed to that temperature for a long time.

RE: Body temperature of concrete block

Is there anything else you want considered? Are you talking about something buried in dirt with a temperature of 20C on all faces but the top?

If you're talking about a block exposed on all sides to a steady temperature of 55C, then chicopee nailed it; after a sufficient time it will also be at 55C.
