Vocabulary/definition of terms..

(OP)
Hello,
I'm looking for an EN standard or ISO standard, where terms as "shall" "mandatory" "verify" are defined.

Talking about the EN 10210-1, for some qualities, the impact test shall be verify at the request of the client. So my question is: I have to guarantee IN ANY CASE that the pipes comply with the impact althoug i do not the test (not requested by the client), or.. only at the request of the client i have to verify that the values comply with the standard, and guarantee that the the pipes comply with it?

pipes with no impact test --> as rolled
pipes with impact test requirements--> normalized

Thank you for your help
