Maximum Allowable Stress

Maximum Allowable Stress

Maximum Allowable Stress

(OP)
Hi,

I need the maximum allowable stress for aluminum SB-209, 5454-O and 5454H32 that was listed in the Section II, Part D, 1998 edition before any addenda.

Is there any one that has those value and would be kind enough to transmit a copy of the code page or the value pertaining to that material. Or, Are they the same has in the 1995 edition?

Thank you for your help,

AB

RE: Maximum Allowable Stress

I only have 1998 + 2000 addenda.

It indicates that there was no revision to the properties of your materials during the 99 or 2000 addenda.

Thank you MrPDes.

And what were the values for those material in the 1998 addenda 2000?

Thank you for your help,

AB

RE: Maximum Allowable Stress

Both Material grades have identical UTS, Yield, allowable stresses, Notes and everything else compared to Table 1B of ASME II Part D 2015.

It doesn't look like they has had any revision since 1998.

Ok thank you MrPDes.
