Export NX drawing file for AUTOCAD to get exact curve data

(OP)
Hi,

I am exporting NX drawing file into .DWG or .DWX format but after opening it in AutoCAD curves/lines are not coming in proper way as
it is in NX drawing file.

Thanks.

RE: Export NX drawing file for AUTOCAD to get exact curve data

Ok, so they are wrong.

Any chance you might tell us what's wrong ?
All are blue and dashed ?

Tomas

Let me guess...

The curves come in skewed.

Are you checking to make sure the VIEW used during export is correct? That always seems to be the one I forget too often... Using "2D Exchange" Under "Data to Export" tab, there is "Export: " with a drop down box with a list of views. "Work View" or "Selected View" where the latter will list all Model Views. Unless you're exporting a Drawing, in which case you pick which drawing.

I used translators to convert NX drawing file to .DWG. I have done View Dependency Edit in NX Drawing file but after opening same file in AutoCAD hidden line becomes solid line as well as VDE changes does not remains/retains.
