Dear Friends,

I have to procure a metal hose with core A182 TP 304 but the manufacturer is offering A182 TP 316. I believe 316 is better than 304. Please advise

316 has added molybdenum. It is more corrosion resistant and generally is considered an upgrade.

And the mechanical properties are very similar.
Unless you are using 304 for some very specific reason the swap to 316 should work fine.
