ASCE 7 -05 WIND LOAD ON STRUCTURE WITHOUT ROOF

ASCE 7 -05 WIND LOAD ON STRUCTURE WITHOUT ROOF

(OP)
I have a structure that is 20' square, about 15' high without a roof. The walls will have diagonal braces with vertical posts spaced as required. The vertical posts are anchored to concrete on the bottom and to a wale on the top. The wale will transfer the horizontal load to the diagonal braces. There is louver cladding.

I think that ASCE EQ 6-28 (Section 6.5.14) is applicable.

Also assuming EQ 6-28 is correct, I believe Figure 6-21 should be use to determine Cf.

Can someone confirm using EQ 6-28 & Figure 6-21?

Thanks in advance!
