blinding concrete removal under foundations

blinding concrete removal under foundations

(OP)
Good day,
I have already asked the below question but would like to hear more.
I have a foundation resting on a crushed stone ( the soil there has been replaced by tout venant). The contractor would like to remove the blinding concrete. No waterproofing membrane is to be placed below the foundation. My concern is the risk of loosing the water which will happen in the below layers of the foundation when pouring the concrete.
What do u think ?
Thank you
