Autocad open file dialogue box settings

(OP)
I've tried to search for this, but no luck.

Autocad 2015, SP2. When in Autocad, and I go to open a file, the dialogue box pops up, with a list of cad files. I have the view set to "details", with columns Name, Date Modified, Size, and Attributes showing.

Every so often, it forgets all the columns, and shows only the file name, and I have to reset the columns. Has anyone run into this before, and come up with a registry hack, or something to get the columns to "stick"? Any ideas appreciated... gets old needing to reset these at random intervals.
