What's adiabatic process in permanent regime?

What's adiabatic process in permanent regime?

What's adiabatic process in permanent regime?

(OP)
Can you explain me,what's adiabatic process in permanent regime? relation to entrophy
I know, the entrophy variation and the healt are zero, but i don´t understand what's permanent regime.
Thanks for all

RE: What's adiabatic process in permanent regime?

You shoud pay attention to word adiabatic = no heat exchage and therefore dQ = 0, but if the process is non quasistatic than you will have dS > 0 or dS < 0.

RE: What's adiabatic process in permanent regime?

Adiabatic process is one in which there is no heat interaction either to or from the system.
That is to say, Q = 0.
But a process is called isentropic when the adiabatic process involved is reversible. That is S = constsnt or
ds = 0. This is an ideal process (not  practicable).
