Hi,
Is there a way to make the background of the text/Dimension solid/White in drafting, such that the lines behind the text is hidden?

RE: Make background of (text/number) dimension white/solid

Drafting best practices dictates that a dimension should be placed so that its text is not on top of other lines/features. If the view is getting cluttered with dimensions, you might consider making a new view (auxiliary/detail/section/whatever) to clearly show what is being dimensioned. If the sheet itself is too cluttered, perhaps moving to a larger sheet size or adding another sheet would help.

Thanks cowski,i tried my best to avoid overlapping of dimesions or texts and used ''gap''(user defined Symbol) where ever not possible, but there were instances where i could not reduce scale of view and had no space to place a few dimensions, so I had queried the question.
I did not know that we could use a larger sheet size(neither did the thought occur to me)
Thanks for the info....
