Performance of Chiller Plants

Performance of Chiller Plants

(OP)
Can any of you tell me how I can calculate the COP (efficiency or performance) of a chiller plant (of any type but in district cooling systems) according to varying degrees of supply temperature and return temperature (at district cooling network); and according to varying flow rates of the chilled water in the network?

I don't want to deal with the temperatures of condenser or of evaporator (so Gordon-Ng model is not useful to me).

Kind Regards.
