Assembly - Colours change and glitchy when moving

Hey guys,
New here, not sure why this is happening during assembly
Once i load my parts in they start to turn different colours, have faces missing, polygon surfaces randomly show up when im moving around etc.
What are setting to prevent this?
Also running on a laptop with a lower end graphics card
Cheers
Steve

Would that actually be a cause for colors appearing on surfaces that werent there - and faces missing / overall slugish performance in assembly?
Cheers
