i am designing a light gauge steel structure hall (G+1) sizes 6mx12mx6m so i don't have enough space for strap bracing i can only provide the K bracing in intervals does the K bracing have same capacity as strap bracing ??
how much KN 1 set (between 2 studs) of K bracing can resist in light gauge wall ??? please also provide the reference.

Ahhh, the joys of load bearing metal studs.

I think it would be tough to get a K-brace to work. Time for some structural steel.
