I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ONLY ONE POINT IN A DIGITAL MODULE OF THE SIMATIC S7-300, MI QUESTION IS CAN IT BE POSSIBLE THAT THIS ONLY POINT IS DAMAGED??, THE SIGNAL GOES TO THE PUMP, THE LEDS TURN ON BUT THIS PUMP NEVER STARTS, CABLES ARE OK.
I CAN“T FIND ANY OTHER PROBLEMS.

Not sure exactly what type of output module you have, but yes, it's certainly possible for only one output to go belly-up. If it's a relay output, the relay may fail.  If it is a triac output, the semiconductor can fail.  

You say "the signal goes to the pump", but I'm not sure what you mean by this.  

You should check the output of the PLC with a voltmeter to see if the output is on or off.  Then check at the motor starter to see if the signal is getting to the starter.  Also, make sure the starter has control power and there isn't some other interlock that is keeping it from starting.  

You could always try swapping out the output module, or moving this output to another PLC output to see if that makes any difference.
