Machinery Library options

(OP)
Working with the Machinery Library and wondering how others accommodate the variables called for in he specifications but not accounted for within the Machinery Library. For Example an NAS 1352 socket head cap screw will be represented within the Machinery Library with the base DB part # of NAS1352-XX-XX. This is correct for an Alloy Steel, undrilled Head, Black Oxide Finish SHCS.
The default solid Model has drilled Holes for locking wires. To be correct with the spec, the DB part # should be NAS1352-XXHXX. If I wanted a stainless steel screw, the part # would be NAS1352CXXXX. The DB Part No populates the BOM on the Drawing and is called out in the TC Structure Manager. Is there a way to populate the BOM and Structure Manager with a part # representing one of the variables within Matrix of available Specification Part Numbers?

Thanks,
Rex

Sorry,
i don't understand the question.
can you exemplify ?

Below are examples of part Numbers taken directly from spec NAS1352. These Part numbers define varieties of all parts defined by spec NAS1352. The Machinery Library catalogs parts to this spec. The only variety of part that the machinery library will allow me to define is the first one in the list below. My question is. How do others account for the many other variety of parts in the spec that do not appear to be referenced in the Machinery Library.

EXAMPLE OF PART NUMBER:

NAS1352-02-8
= .0860-56 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, ALLOY STEEL, UNDRILLED HEAD, PLAIN, .500 INCH LONG, BLACK OXIDE FINISH.
NAS1352C04H12 = .1120-40 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL, DRILLED HEAD, PLAIN, .750 INCH LONG, PASSIVATED.
NAS1352-08LE16P = .1640-32 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, ALLOY STEEL, SELF-LOCKING, OPTIONAL TYPE LOCKING ELEMENT, 1.000 INCH LONG, CADMIUM PLATE, UNDRILLED HEAD.
NAS1352C4LL24P = .2500-20 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL, SELF-LOCKING, LONGITUDINAL STRIP LOCKING ELEMENT, 1.500 INCHES LONG, CADMIUM PLATE, UNDRILLED HEAD.
NAS1352N10LN32 = .6250-11 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL,
SELF-LOCKING, PELLET LOCKING ELEMENT, 2.000 INCHES LONG, PASSIVATED, UNDRILLED HEAD.
NAS1352N12LB36S = .7500-10 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL,
SELF-LOCKING, PATCH TYPE LOCKING ELEMENT, 2.250 INCHES LONG, SILVER FLASH, UNDRILLED HEAD.
NAS1352N4LB16B = .2500-20 UNRC-3A SCREW, CAP, SOCKET HEAD, HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL,
SELF-LOCKING, PATCH TYPE LOCKING ELEMENT, 1.000 INCH LONG, BLACK OXIDE COATING, UNDRILLED HEAD.
