Set command line window as no case sensitive

Hi,
Is it possible to customize the command line window as ‘no case sensitive’. I have given shortcuts to frequently used commands in capital letters. When working, we need to often work in lower case in outlook, excel and MS word documents. In the same mode and without awareness, if I give the commands in lower case, it is showing error. To avoid this, if command line is set as ‘no case sensitive’, it will user friendly. Is there any setting available in OPTIONS or any other macro available. Kindly give any idea.
Suresh
