I thank you very much for your replies .Can someone please give me reference with section of code .I have checked in the ASHRAE62.1 but could not find exactly .

It depends on what part of the world you're in, and which building code and Mechanical code you're subject to.

You won't find it in ASHRAE 62.1 I don't think.
