Interference detection tool option not found on solidworks

Interference detection tool option not found on solidworks

(OP)
Hi all,
I have actually created a 3D drawing on solidworks 2014. But I am not able to find the interference detection tool. I have searched in tool option and evaluate tab but with no results. Can anyone guide me?
Ps: I have not used assembly while creating the drawing

RE: Interference detection tool option not found on solidworks

Interference detection is ONLY available with assemblies, not within a multi-body part.

A work around for interference detection in a Multi-body part is to try the combine solids feature, and select "Common". If the resultant works, the interference will be the left over solid body.
