TCe 10 with NX 9 error: Unknown LOV value type

TCe 10 with NX 9 error: Unknown LOV value type

TCe 10 with NX 9 error: Unknown LOV value type

(OP)
Hello all. Happy new year.

Our company recently changed NX and TCe version, updating both to 9 and 10 respective releases.

Unfortunately our IT guy that was our TCe data coordinator was fired last week and now we are facing some trouble with one of our machines and nobody knows how to solve, and since the "no-IT-guy" situation is fresh nobody here have contact with siemens to get support on this.

Said this, can anyone knows how to solve this problem on image file below?

It show an error message that the user receives after try to open NX from TCe.

NX standalone opens and work fine. TCe seems to be working fine for this machine too, but when we are trying to open NX inside TCE the message is:

"Teamcenter Integration for NX initialize failure.
TCIN SOA: SOA runtime exception: Unknown LOV value type: Fnd0UserProjectsLOV"

Any ideas?

Thanks

The problem was solved with software re-installation.
