Issue with visuals on NX 10
Issue with visuals on NX 10
(OP)
Hi, clicked some button on NX 10 accidentally and turned on a setting which cuts off a model when you rotate it. I cant properly explain it but I have some pictures attached.
Before Rotating

After Rotating

If someone can tell me the setting which caused it would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Issue with visuals on NX 10
Actually, this is something I often encounter. It seems NX is automatically adjusting the clipping planes as I work with a part, and sooner or later, I must do another Fit view. It's an annoyance.

Thank you CNSZU
RE: Issue with visuals on NX 10
Now if this is truly an "annoyance" and you'd like to avoid this AND you're willing to let the system do forced refit operations every time you Show/Hide something, you can go to...
Preference -> Visualization -> View/Screen
...where in the 'Session Settings' section of that page where you can toggle ON an option titled 'Fit on Show or Hide'. Actually there are several options found here that will allow you to control how the 'Clipping Planes' are computed during a 'Fit' operation.
