Tube To Tubesheet Weld - Mock up Detail DRAWING

Tube To Tubesheet Weld - Mock up Detail DRAWING

Tube To Tubesheet Weld - Mock up Detail DRAWING

(OP)
Does anyone have an old Mock-up detail Drawing they would not my sharing?

I'm making one, and going from memory at the moment. I remember Q-193 dictates that I need ATLEAST ten (10) tubes and
my 'mock' tubesheet needs to be the same thk's as the real tubesheet or 2".

Do I need to include all the NDE notes for welding? You know: Clean the hole, light contact expand, weld first pass, p.t., etc, etc

I know drawings can be proprietary, but I was hoping someone would have an old one they might send me as a "go by" or guide.

I'm working for a start-up, and I don't have any other Engineering co-workers to assist.

Thanks in advance,
Jason
