View Break Issue

View Break Issue

View Break Issue

(OP)
I am really worried about the break view feature available for lengthy parts in NX drawing. When the particular drawing consist of more than 3-4 view breaks, its taking too long to update the view. How can I fix this issue ? any idea ?

I am using NX 9

RE: View Break Issue

Can you define "too long"? That is, how long would a Drawing update with "3-4 view breaks" versus if there were no view breaks? Can you provide at least a picture of your model so that we can see how complex it is as well as an image of the Drawing sheet with the "3-4 view breaks" shown?

RE: View Break Issue

Don't be worried about View Break, instead just stay away from it.
It has been a source of problem since they first introduced it till now where it still is.

RE: View Break Issue

I have to go along with daluigi on that one, it's unbelievably poor.

I agree - I went back to the old command, as I could control it the way I wanted.
