Do anybody know what program to use to produce steel shop drawings? thanks.

RE: structural shop drawing programs

I have no personal experience with this software, but you might want to look at it as I've heard others comment about its use in the building industry:

RE: structural shop drawing programs

Will you be designing the steel as well?

RE: structural shop drawing programs

Based on the details of your question ... Any CAD program is the answer..

RE: structural shop drawing programs

I tried several but failed. So found a shop drawings service firm - Elmech. They've done the job very fast for me here in NY though they are from MD. The fee was very acceptable.

RE: structural shop drawing programs

You tried several CAD programs? How did they fail for you?
