What are applications of angeled globe valve ? And what makes it different from normal globe ?

The main difference is the fluid flow pattern, caused by the angled construction. Both positive flow direction and negative flow direction will work with different force factors and flow geometry.

Without further specification angled globe-valves could describe anything in size and pressure from 10 mm to several meters in diameter, and valves for vacuum up to highest used practical pressures. Valves (both angled and not) could be constructed for fluids from helium, fluid gases below zero, water, steam and up to fluids with high viscosity and/or high content of abrasive stuff or fiber.

Generally you could say that flow pattern combined with a wide possibility of seat and closing member variations, along with
stem sealing variations, will for some of the uses give better adapted solutions for an angled globe valve than a 'normal' globe valve.
