fillet welding close to Cupro/nickel Tubes

(OP)
Hello everyone,

I need to weld channels which hold the plate as shown in the picture to the Chiller support. The welding method is SMAW using 7018 rod. My concern, will there any damage to the CuNi 90/10 cooling tubes adjacent to welding of these channels?

Appreciate for early response.
Demsha

RE: fillet welding close to Cupro/nickel Tubes

No damage to the Cu-Ni tubes based on your configuration.
