Pamelah,

Marine engineering is not my specialty.  I am just browsing this forum and I saw your thread and notice you have no response.  This response might be too late but what the hack.

Veritec has been merge back to Det Norske Veritas.  I am sure there are many new DNV Offshore Standards and Recommended Practices that address accidental load.  

You might want to visit DNV Webside "DNV.com" to view the new offshore stds and rps.

If you still want the old Veritec report let me know.
