Here is a discussion of the types of bearing cages as used in precision spindle bearings.

I'd talk to the bearing manufacturer for their recommendation.\

Google didn't do well with "Xantathor ."

What type of bearing is it? If stress in the cage structure is an issue, then alloy steel might be a better choice. Brass has poor mechanical properties.
