Workbench Explicit dynamics - plane strain - element type assignment

(OP)
Hi,

I'm facing a plane strain problem (of stress waves propagation), but I don't know how to set it correctly.
I've found in manual, that for plane stress/strain exist PLANE162 and PLANE163 element types (with proper keyoptions), but I can't assign them via "Insert Command", since it's not available in Explicit dynamics block.

Is there another way to assign desired element type? For example via boundary conditions?
I tried to set zero displacement in normal direction of surface body, but, in fact, it's not the plane strain problem.
