Info on two motors at my plant

(OP)
Hello, my name is Logan. I work in the health and safety department of a company that produces generators for the R.V industry. I have been working with our maintenance guy to track down the service manuals for our machines so we could set up a preventative maintenance program. Everything has been running smooth up until I got to these two electric motors powering a couple of saws in our pipe area. I've scoured the internet, emailed the manufacturers, etc. but I still cant seem to find what I need. I need to know grease points, type of grease, oil, those kinds of things. I also don't really understand the nomenclature and specs that the nameplates and websites use, so that is hindering. To basically sum this all up, is there any advice/tips/info that I could get to make finding these things easier? There is an emod motor and a Saccardo Italia motor, that's all I really understand. I've attached some photos of the motors for reference in this link.

RE: Info on two motors at my plant

So I found this for the emod motor. If you scroll down (From page 4 and beyond) you will find an English translation--It should cover half of your inquiry (e.g. using a lithium based grease). See Below.

As for the other one it appears you will have to take a deep breath and make a few phone calls, if you have not already.

If you cannot obtain technical assistance for the Italiano motor you may be able to use the emod manual as a guideline if the RPMS, frame size, application, utilization, and purpose are the same or similar.

Thanks for the response. I totally must have skipped over that data sheet on their website, I was more caught up on making sure everything was matching up correctly.

As far as the Saccardo, my main concern is that I cannot match up ours with their catalog. I'll keep searching, maybe get a hold of some dealers or something.

Hi Logan

Your company produces generators? Hmmm... Locate someone with an electrical background within the company, they should know what to do.
